People don't come to beBee to be advertise or sold to

First off, what is beBee. According to Wikipedia, beBee is a Personal Branding Platform founded by serial-entrepreneurs Javier Cámara and Juan Imaz. The network was created to allow people to showcase and share their personal brand and market themselves to employers, clients, customers, vendors and media in their respective industries. beBee allows users to network with each other through common personal and professional interests, uniting their personal and professional lives in one place.

Us, the users or Bees share and create content in one or more hives (groups), that are related to their professional or personal interests. The personal branding platform has an on-site publishing tool for bloggers which is called beBee Producer. Users can write long form articles with this blogging tool and share their posts among the community of users in various hives.

The question I have is "why is everyone really joining this great Hive?" People are not just coming here to see other people's ads. What people want is a Relationship.

Because of this growth of people,those whom are marketing on this platform must change our mindset on how to market. I am not saying the beBee is not great for marketing, because it is fantastic. People just want a responsive relationship. For example, Twitter is known to have a one-way relationship. Very few user even thank people for a follow, a share, or return messages.
