Time Management #1: Reward your Spouse for Their Sacrifices

I have said how important our time is.  Once today is gone, we can not get it back. If you are now, or soon wanting to become an Entrepreneur time becomes so much more precious.  This is why you much master Time Management.

Yet, I want to look at the most important aspect of Time Management in my opinion. Having a balanced life is essential.  If you do not, the stress will cause your business to fall down no matter how strong you think it is.  Your Mindset is the foundation of your business.

So you must always schedule time for family, and friends.  The most important of these is your Spouse or Significant other.  Most people are building their businesses with the goal of building a better future in mind for their spouse. Yet, to do this they need to take temporary time away and put it into the work to make this Dream come true.

So, Take your spouse or partner to dinner at least once per week. You want to reward them for the sacrifices they are making to help improve your lives.  You may be building the business, yet in your absence from the home your spouse or partner may have harder duties. You are both a team player and you never want each other to forget that.

This also applies for everyone who works long hours at their jobs away from home.  Date Night is so important, and it helps keeps your fire and dream alive. Otherwise, over the years I feel that people become like drones because they lost or forget their why.
