Your Voice is the Most Powerful

Your Voice is the Most Powerful

FAN

The subconscious is stronger than the conscious brain.  It is programmed by the information you give to it every day. Yes, I am talking about what you read, and listen to, but today I want to focus on a different factor.  Ask yourself, “whose voice in your life time will you hear more and know more distinctively more than anyone else’s?”  The answer is yours.

What you Think about and What You Speak can be more persuasive toward your Subconscious than another action you take.  Your subconscious does not know the difference between right and wrong. It does not know if what you were thinking or said was a “joke” or if you were serious.

How you speak is so important in life. If you speak negative, you are programming your subconscious to fail.  Yet, when you are speaking negatively it is because you are first thinking this way.  Your Thoughts lead into Actions (Words).

So, Here is a checklist idea that I got from "The Magic of Thinking Big" by David J. Schwartz.

The “How am I thinking?” Checklist:

  • When I worry:
    • Would an important person worry about this? Would the most successful person I know be disturbed about this?
  • An idea:
    • What would an important person do if he had this idea?
  • My appearance:
    • Do I look like someone who has maximum self-respect?
  • My language:
    • Am I using the language of successful people?
  • What I read:
    • Would an important person read this?
  • Conversation:
    • Is this something successful people would discuss?
  • When I lose my temper:
    • Would an important person get mad at what I’m mad at?
  • My jokes:
    • Is this the kind of joke an important person would tell?
  • My job:
    • How does an important person describe his job to others?

The most important thing for you is to allow the right information to keep nurturing your mind. Keep reading Books that will Drive you, read the Blogs that inspire you, and listen to Audios that excite you.  In return, your subconscious should stay in a positive drive, which keeps you “Speaking” positive things that you will hear, and thus keep motivating yourself.  Self-Motivation may start off slow, but after it gets going, there is no stopping it.
