Dear Readers! Dear Bebee Readers! Your Attention Please!!

Dear Readers! Dear Bebee Readers! Your Attention Please!!iu

Relevant

You know that beBee has launched its superb publishing platform. This platform has enabled me to convey my writing work and this particular post or buzz to you. I’m here to engage with you as a writer, or what we call it on beBee, as a Producer. I’m representing my entire community of producers on beBee through this particular buzz. The use of "we" and "us" in the post refers to the entire writers or producers community.

What Drives Us to write a Post or Produce a Buzz?

Now of course, you’ll be wondering and a sort of amazed why I’m addressing you. You know my dear reader bees, we produce honey for you by creating posts. Most of us don’t do it for any material gains or the desire for exposure. The core objective to write a post or create a buzz here is to share our knowledge, experience, and expert opinion in such an organized and relevant way that could benefit you to improve the overall or a specific part of your professional and personal life. We’re sure you agree with our purpose.

Creating a buzz or writing a post requires us to put our time, energy, health, and other resources, and to sacrifice some of our professional life and domestic and personal engagements. The knowledge we share is very valuable, not only to us but to you as well. We don’t get any financial remuneration to create and publish our posts here. Our main and hearty purpose is to give you what we have, just to help and assist you to be a better professional and individual. When you read a post, you get some new knowledge, improve your current knowledge portfolio, and raise your insight and the capacity to see the things with a possible different angle and think out-of-the-box.

The other most and equally important reason of our writing or producing is to present our opinion and find out your view about the specific topic or issue. You may have some prior knowledge about what we present to you. Some of you might have even more knowledge and experience than us on the same. Some of you might have a differing or a partially different opinion than ours’. Isn't it right? It’s absolutely not necessary that because we write posts, so our stance is unshakable and unchallengeable. No, not at all! Your stance might be a stronger one. You may have some very precious and more valuable knowledge about that particular issue. Our posts provide you the most appropriate venue to express your opinion, allowing us to improve and polish our knowledge base and direction, and to present a better picture to all the readers of the issue we are discussing in the post or buzz.

What We Require the Most is your Engagement

We write for you, only and only for you! We’re desperate to give you the knowledge we have. beBee has taken a remarkable step by launching the publishing platform. So dear reader bees, this platform not only is an opportunity for us to disseminate our knowledge, but it’s a matchless opportunity for you to get and consume highly valuable knowledge and information.

As a writer or producer, when we put our time, energy, and resources to generate or produce a post, what we expect in return is only your engagement. The response from you enables us to know the value of our knowledge sharing to you. It helps us to add to our own knowledge. It also guides us to be more precise and accurate. Your response in terms of engagement is everything to us.

beBee provides you three types of engagement ways to show your involvement in a particular post:

Dear Readers! Dear Bebee Readers! Your Attention Please!!iu

Relevant

You find this icon at the end of every post or buzz. If you read a post and find it something adding to your knowledge or helpful in any way, what you have to do is to click this sign. It’ll add your liking to the post. Clicking “Relevant” is the action a writer values very high. It’s really discouraging for a writer if their post gets 2K or 4K views but only 25 or 30 "Relevant" clicks. They consider this response as if their efforts are going wasted and that the knowledge they worked hard to share has no relevance to maximum people. We know dear reader bees, that you, or majority of you, find a specific post valuable to some aspects of your life, but you might not be aware of the fact that if you don’t engage on the post by clicking this icon to show your liking of the post, you may lose a brilliant writer because of his/her discouragement. So, I’m sure you’ll never forget to click “Relevant” as the first and the most important part of your engagement.

Don't like a post? Don’t click “Relevant” then! You may be engaged in another way, as described in the section below, but your feedback is crucial.

Dear Readers! Dear Bebee Readers! Your Attention Please!!iu

Relevant

As this icon shows, it leads you to the comments box. You’ll find the comments box just at the end of every buzz. In case you don’t find it, clicking this icon will bring it on your front. A writer absolutely feels brilliant if someone appreciates their posts or buzzes by adding a few praising words in this section. You may not only add your opinion about the post, but use it as an opportunity to launch a discussion on any part of the post. The writer usually loves to have your opinion and to respond to you. More comments, more encouragement to the writer.

Comments section is a place where you can add your own perspective about a post or a part of it. It not only raises the knowledge level of the readers, but it greatly helps the writer to adjust and update their vision about something. So, through this section, people learn a lot and it makes the post a living thing.

If you have some difference of opinion with the writer on something in the post and you didn't click “Relevant” icon because of your dissatisfaction, “Comments” section is the place where you should, or we would say, you must record your views. By keeping silent and ignoring the engagement really harms the true spirit of knowledge seeking and sharing. You should present your opinion, in a constructive way, supported by your arguments. There are four major benefits if you post your differing opinion in the comments section: First: Your solid, constructive, and authenticated comments will help the writer to acknowledge and to make necessary adjustments in their post. Second: Other readers will be able to broaden their knowledge base about the issue being discussed by having the knowledge derived from the post and by having your opinion,. Third: If your opinion has some valid base, it adds to the writer’s own knowledge. Fourth: You may have developed some misunderstanding about the content or a part of it. By adding your opinion in the comments section, the writer will provide some more details and justifications to clear your misunderstanding and ambiguity. Someone more knowledgeable from the readers may also come to clear the things.

So my dear reader bees, commenting is an essential part of your engagement, as it represents activity, the vital sign of life.

Dear Readers! Dear Bebee Readers! Your Attention Please!!iu

Relevant

You may have heard an old adage, “Sharing is Caring”. This part of your engagement shows how worthwhile you take a post to convey and spread it to others, so that maximum people could benefit from the knowledge a post carries. By clicking "Share" icon, you would be able to share a post to your followers or connections, the most relevant hives or groups, and to other networks.

Sharing is an activity that reflects two cares: First: you care about others to share the knowledge with them. Second: You help the writer to have their work read by as many readers as possible. Sharing shows the true spirit of giving and appreciation.

We’re very much sure that that you’ll be engaged on posts more now. Your high engagement not only will encourage the writers to write and produce more and better, but it’ll clearly reflect your level of attachment with the process of knowledge seeking, appreciation, and sharing
Your warm engagement on posts or buzzes will prove that the reader bees care about knowledge seeking more than other networks. It’ll help beBee to establish itself as the real engaging social media network, with members of the intellectual level like you.

=========================================================================================

Please be engaged on this particular buzz as it needs your attention.

Your clicking of Relevant icon, adding your Comments in the Comments Box, and/or Sharing the article are highly appreciated and admired!

Have a great business, career, and life!

Yes Vincent Andrew! I was feeling to convey the requirements of writers to their readers. I felt it on every publishing platform. I found beBee the most appropriate for this message. I have tried my level best to sum up what we need to write better and from our heart. Engagement from readers is a fuel to us. I want readers to know their importance in this entire process of conceptualizing, writing, publishing, reading, and engagement. Engagement is the center of all these activities. Thank you very much my friend for your lovely comment!

Dear debasish majumder! You're a very nice person and a sincere friend! Thank you very much for the compliments! I had written this post in April. I was hoping to raise the engagement level, which was significantly low at that moment. I was, and I am, expecting a passive change in the engagement level. Now, the writers, including your kindself, can tell better if they feel an improvement in the overall engagement level. I'm greatly thankful to my writers family and my readers who helped this message to reach maximum readers. I'm grateful to you as well dear Debasish! Stay happy!

Great comment James McElearney with a real professional commitment! I agree! We, the writers, need feedback, in every form. We can bear criticism and happy to receive it, if it's constructive and positive. This criticism help us to learn, develop, and grow. Positive criticism is an indication of the worth of your written piece. So, without engagement, or with little engagement, you will be indecisive whether your post is really meaningful. All the best wishes to you James! You're a high-class writer and you would make it soon than expected. I'm a fan of your posts and buzzes.'

I'm feeling so honored sir Ali Anani! Yes , you're absolutely right. Every part of engagement has it own worth. Commenting is such an activity where the writer and the readers both benefit as newer and newer aspects of the post and the particular knowledge are explored. Thank you very much Anne Fyans for your kind participation and agreement! Actually Anne, we, the producers, take care of readers. We rightly expect a care from the readers. There are two things if the readers understand the importance of their care towards us. First, we'll be more encouraged and motivated to write more and better. Second, when a reader cares of the writer and the content by their engagement, it causes the content to reach maximum people, who might be in need of such a content.

...Cont....The field of social media is evolving at a rapid speed. No social media platform has the convenience of time, according to their wish, to see the things to develop with the passage of time. The competition is getting stiffer and stiffer. The things that needed years to settle, now require days to settle, otherwise, out. I'm compelling on quick readers engagement because of the things that are taking place on social media arena. I know, and you know sir, the readers here are aware about the norms of engagement. What we have to do is to remind them about their role and the importance of their role. If we wait for the time to fix the things, then we may lose good writers, as there are a number of options emerging with every day for them. We may lose a beautiful platform of beBee publishing. The only thing that is attracting writers to the beBee publishing so far is its association with a professional social networking. So, writers join here hoping for a good and active read and engagement, especially engagement. Who knows tomorrow another active social media network opens a more attractive publishing for writers, or even, LinkedIn brings an unexpected change in their publishing platform to make it very transparent. So, I'm desperate thinking all about these things. . .

Thank you so very much Jim for contributing to this discussion! I'm honored by your comments. I'm a kid as compared to your experience and wisdom. I agree with you as far as Linkedin publishing is concerned. I had also been a special invitee to LinkedIn Pulse. Truly speaking Jim, I received quite a good number of views and engagement on my first post there. LinkedIn was already in the publishing field before 2014, in the shape of their Influencers posts. When LinkedIn opened its publishing for everyone in 2014, it was a sort of new thing for professional writers. It certainly took its time to evolve and the readers to get familiarized. Most of the present beBee members, readers, are also LinkedIn members, and probably they have been there well before the birth of beBee. So, they know about professional posts and they're aware as how to engage. These readers are the members of other social media networks as well, where engagement on updates is the way to frequent. So, in my opinion, the readers here need no long time to be familiarize with the publishing and engagement concept and its importance. Cont...

Thank you John White, MBA below. You know him and you know his excellence in writing. There are many who're developing something I don't like. A couple of my close writer friends, who're on beBee, have yet to deliver something here. When I contacted them and asked them to write, they told me almost the same as what Chris is concerned about. John, you know you and I love beBee, and we have to work hard to raise the awareness level here. Publishing platform is a backbone of a professional social media network, and engagement is the backbone of a publishing platform.

Javier Cámara Rica! I agree that engagement is normally initiated by the followers or first connections, but when the buzz or post spreads all around, the same starts to come from other readers as well. On beBee, a writer or producer has a matchless opportunity to spread his message through hives, and I highly admire you for that. The reader is a reader, and has all the opportunity to be engaged on a buzz wherever they are. The target of my this particular post is the readers who're not directly connected with us. You see Javier, when a post is published, it immediately starts taking Relevant clicks, comments, and shares. This is all because of the close followers, but when it's spreads to other quarters, the engagement comes to almost standstill. This is something the writers are feeling about. On LinkedIn, the engagement continues to come from everywhere, from first connections to those who're even not the 3rd connections. That's why the engagement level there is very high on good posts, irrespective of the fact whether they're featured or not. The purpose of a writer or producer to produce a buzz is to convey it to as many people as possible, relevant to the subject of the buzz. Why I'm so desperate by appealing readers to be engaged? I have developed a very slight feeling that some of the good writers are worried about the lack of engagement. I really don't like their worries to grow. beBee publishing is a wonderful wonderful place and it must flourish. The only way for it to flourish and head the race is the readers'' engagement. High engagement encourages and motivates a good writer to stay happily and deliver more quality. It attracts other good writers to join the platform. This is what I want and struggling for. I have felt a bit of concern, and I couldn't appreciate it, and jumped to write this piece.. .

Chris Spurvey! I'm really grateful to you from my heart! I was watching and thinking to do something. I was waiting for some big name to come forward and take a step. This is the very initial stage of beBee publishing and I want this amazing forum to flourish. So, I decided to take the step. First, I started mentioning the lack of engagement in my comments on various posts. But then I thought to do something more than that. You can see a clear lack of engagement on this particular post as well, 12k+ views and 50 Relevants, and very few comments (27 in fact). On LinkedIn, 12k views normally get more than 1K Likes and about 300 comments. One thing is very encouraging Chris. Its views. People here want to read but may be unaware of the core importance of engagement. I think we, collectively, can bring a change, though it might be a passive process. Thank you very much for your support!

Mamen Delgado! What a wonderful example! Spot on to reflect engagement. Engagement is life Mamen! You see, when we talk about "hustle and bustle" we mention a huge mix of engagements. Without engagement, the life looks useless, and so is true for buzzes or posts. I'm sure our reader will feel how their engagement is the fuel to our writing and how their engagement is necessary for their own knowledge and life. This particular buzz has secured, so far, 48 Relevant clicks on 11K views. This is a low engagement, and this lack of engagement is found on every post that I see on beBee. On LinkedIn, we used to get 48 Likes on less than 500 view, normally. So, I'm trying, with your help and of other friends of course, to improve the situation. I'm sure the situation would improve. Our readers are very knowledgeable and highly interested in reading and learning. What we, writers, need is to find out whatever we're delivering matches their requirements and interest. This is our purpose. Engagement is an OK or otherwise signal from our readers. Thank you very much again!

Yes Catalina Gálvez Urrutia, thank you! very well said! The content must be relevant to attract the intended attention and the audience or readers should be aware as how to be engaged and involved. This is, of course, a two way process. This is a very sincere and thoughtful comment Franci Hoffman! Positive and constructive engagement, in any shape, is the sign of life. Whether somebody is reading something, performing their duty on job, worshiping, spending the time with family, or doing anything, the level of engagement determines the level of success. Engagement on social media actually is the purpose of social connectivity. Thank you very much for such a wonderful value-addition!

What a superb comment Milos Djukic! Nothing less was expected from you. Engagement is the fuel to promote a positive and constructive process. The process might be anything as you mentioned. It can be a scientific conversation or activity or a political solution. So, engagement is the key. Positive engagement of all the stakeholders. Engagement is fractal Milos! Thank you very much my dear friend!

Thank you very much I agree with you. That's why I decided to take a step towards promoting engagement level on posts. Engagement is the fuel to writing. I also agree that difference of opinion should be taken positive, considering them an opportunity to broaden our own insight. Thanks once again!

Paul Croubalian! I agree with you. but engagements also come from the readers who are not in your connections. In my this post so far, I have received 3 Relevant clicks, out of 13, from non-connected readers, plus more than one comment. I need this sort of engagement Paul. With your support, I think we would be able to convince all the readers to be engaged at least in a single way.

Thank you very much Fatima Williams! I really mean it. I found beBee bees are fond of seeking knowledge. So it's necessary to appreciate the knowledge as well. Without appreciation, in any form of engagement, it's hard for a writer to focus on the frequency and quality. Thank you once again.

My pleasure Javier Cámara Rica! Actually I take it as my own network, that's why. I want engagement level should touch almost 10% or even greater.

I highly appreciate your endorsement Paul Croubalian! In my opinion, we need to spread this post, and might be others like that that I haven't read so far. We have to convince our valuable readers about the worth of our writing and the value all these readers posses in our heart. We have to take step to initiate this move. Engagement level on my own previous two posts was not very encouraging. But the reason of my this particular post has been your post that secured 6K plus views but some discouraging engagement.
