Friday Funday: Someone's in the kitchen with ... ?
Every now and then, I find a theme for my Friday Funday posts, which have included the animal kingdom, wonderful puns, holiday times, and anything else that I can find that makes sense.
Of course, sometimes I just compile a random assortment.聽
And for some reason, a lot of the funny memes I found over the past week have a common theme using food -- ingredients -- puns -- silliness . . . sorry for those of you on diets!
For those who don't the joke below, dessert and desert are often confused because they are spelled nearly the same, with just one letter different. One way to remember dessert is the food after the meal is to use the words Strawberry Shortcake or Sugar is Sweet to remember that dessert has two s's in it.聽聽
A dandy below from Andrew O'Hearn. When I thanked him, he replied, "Guess that makes me a melon collie baby, right?"
And in honor of the holiday season that will begin shortly:聽
Which one is YOUR favorite today?
Many of these funnies come from Facebook pages that you can access any time you need a few more good laughs. My favorites are聽Single Dad Laughing,聽I am not a grammar cop,聽Language Cranks Redux,聽Pun Based Humor,聽The Valley of Pun Memes,聽Wrong Hands, and聽Tannuzzo Copywriting.
If you enjoyed this week's funnies, please share the buzz so others may enjoy them as well!

#6 your comments reminded me of the music hall song that contains the line. She sits among the cabbages and peas.

Yeah, I have a friend who was a cook in a school for about 35 years, and this one is perfect for her. She no longer cooks from scratch; she heats up frozen stuff or she eats out. I have to tag her on it. Thanks for your continued support and encouragement, Franci\ud83d\udc1dEugenia Hoffman, beBee Brand Ambassador!

Palmiers and wine? I had the best Brie cheese this week... roasted almonds, a cranberry dressing, apples and homemade bread came with it, oh and big glass of Citrus Ale- I haven't had a beer in years and I think I drank it a bit too fast ha ha.
