THE HARDER I WORK, THE LUCKIER I GETEvery week I try to get out and shoot images, my goal is to have 3 artistic images produced in a week. In my photography that is about 100 shots. Any artist needs to set goals like this in order to keep them creative, also it does help to be in a artist community, unlike the master of the past living in a community of like minded artist, we have the ability to be in an on line community. This so helps with our creative abilities.

Last week I was out for hours, photographing the Urban Landscape, not really to get excited about, I was ready to return home when out of the corner of my eye I seen this gentleman sitting on the street. Bingo, my 5 hours of walking this smelly town has paid off. On this day I created, Another Tricky Day and to my surprise, as I was walking back to my car, another photographic opportunity developed.

Your photos are superb @Tony Brandstetter and again, this sure does tell a story. It's also sad but a reality of living in the US that many people choose to ignore. Maybe I need to set a goal too... I love Urban Photos!

#3 Well, be anticipating the one who lists porn videos as a service with a tiny URL provided for the very brave.... some people do think they'll get lucky with no work put in.

#3 Several of us have received invites. I do not follow them and I mute them; and if they persist I send a link to their profile to and report them as a spammer.

It's funny, I have not been followed in some time on this site, now I have gotten 3 solicitations from girls show their rather large rear ends. I am not sure what their profession is because they do not indicate any. I don't know what to do in this situation, should I A. ignore them, B. Show them my Booty? C. Invite them over for microwave popcorn?

So true, @Tony Brandstetter, so true. Discipline is inherently part of creativity. I needed this reminder to try to push past the phase of thinking things didn't go as planned. Because what we are searching for is in the last place we end up looking.
