Seeking Growth in Tech Career
Well who does not but that if you have not been contacted by an HR of a major company with a fat proposal then it will be difficult. Those who perform exceptionally well and are in limelight see a quick growth in their parent company or in another one. But sometimes you have been performing exceptionally well and yet have not been noticed by another company than you are unlucky. It is likely that the place you work at ignores. Finding job as programmer, IT specialist or tech expert in other fields is difficult as competition has risen tremendously.
Another problem that arises with many silent crusaders is that they do not know how to promote themselves. Working for so long in isolation has reduced them to having an introvert profile with a complacent approach in the industry.
