THE MANY HATS OF A SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

It’s not about how many hats you wear but how you wear them.
As Social Media Managers, we’re fascinated by inspiration, enlightenment and new experiences. Always looking for unique ideas to enhance ours and our clients’ campaigns: a tool, a secret, a tip, a look. Anything!
Our experiences and the way we perceive things are so different and affect the approach we want to deliver when communicating, for example, on behalf of a brand. We leave a part of ourselves in every piece of content that we create and share: our thoughts, our point of views, a pinch of our personalities, and that’s what makes managing social profiles for brands so exciting and challenging at once.
I have created a list of seven basic steps I like to go through during the daily process of planning, developing and delivering content for our clients’ brands. I will explain each one of them in the following articles, as I believe it is important to dedicate some time to each one in order to take advantage of the full potential they offer, and how to make them work for you in the best possible way.
