Responsible for Training sessions in order to improve the level of performance;Guarantee quality of feedback and supporting Managers / Employees;Contributes to increasing the employee engagement;
Report to the business areas, indicators and relevant analysis for effective management;
Support Climate Process and Action Plan;
Identify and address need for change and change impact;
Challenge the stakeholders to identify new opportunities and translate them into execution;
Coordinate interaction and manage the Labor relations
Coordinate talent development, mobility and succession plans;Lead the Recruitment process to ensure high quality and an efficient and effective process;
Plan and monitor the Onboarding plans;
Collaboration with the Compensation & Benefits area to ensure compliance.
Masters Degree or equivalent;
Must have at least 8 managerial years experience in international groups acquired in HR activities;
Proficient in English;
Advanced Communication Skills, Ability to interact with company personnel;
Service & Solution mind set;
Self driven & team player;
