Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join Medical Devices team.

The main functions of this position will be:

- Insert customer orders
- Analyze pending orders
- Handle complaints
- Answer customer calls
- Support Sales team
- Handle the mailbox from customer service, and see the email for the correct person


Qualifications


Main Requirements:


- University degree (preferable)
- Previous experience in similar positions (preferable)
- Intermediate English Level
- Goods communication skills
- Organization skills
- Motivated by goals and team work
- Good Level of Customer Experience
