Key Responsibilities 
 
Keeping employee master data up-to-date following P24 status updates 
Updates end user role assignments based on organization setup and changes and secures that authorizations are setup and changed as per local data privacy guidelines
Informs line managers on repetitive issues with process discipline, e.g. for time registration fill-in completeness, overdue unallocated demand and TR approvals and proposes relevant needed master data updates
Supports end users to ensure proper/correct transactions performed in the system
Support end users by interacting with IT to ensure solving open incidents
Triggers creation of SWF or P20 WBS and customer codes when missing in ERM database and ensures link with right prospect or project
Verify planning SPC is setup and used correctly
Creates internal project codes based on internal local organization project requirements
Substitutes handling including authorization and role setting
Perform monthly invoicing in his/her assigned countries
Supports in Planning Template creation, updates and corrections
Supporting end users by providing reporting on ad-hoc and scheduled basis
Ensure end user discipline of the tool usage and follow up KPI progress
Tool subject expert for their nominated module supporting other KUs with detailed/complex queries
Plans and implements enabling sessions for end-users 
Supports user acceptance testing for new feature deployment
Monitoring tool related KPI’s and implement the needed corrective actions
Key User governance – meetings, work scheduling, resourcing   
Interface function to various Global Services stakeholders (Service F&C, HR consultants, Line Mgrs in RSO/GSD, PMO, COM, SBM’s and Customer Teams, RM Managers, Resource requestors)

Competence & Skills
E2E ERM Process understanding
High standard to confidentiality of personal information
Coaching and guiding T1 Key Users
Admin knowledge and experience with MyERM/IRM  cProjects, HCM, MRS, CATS and reporting modules
Understands employee and organization master data  structure in P24
Solid knowledge of SWF, CSP and Nelle interface
Principal understanding of JP and Competence Catalog setup and link to employee
Solid understanding of SPC concept and usage in planning estimates vs. actual cost recharge
P20 structure, contract and legal company setup, understanding of invoicing parameter, setup of WBS, SVO, GIC and link from SI to ERM project demands
Able to work with reporting repositories such as Business Objects and capable to process and analyze basis information with MS Office applications
