The applicant will have a direct report to the Spanish Office Manager an he/she will be held accountable for all of the following activities:
Offer and tender management;
Preparation and updating of price lists;
receiving POs from customers;
registering the POs and ordering the items in SAP;
invoicing the POs to customer;
Oganising and parcipating in meetings with Management;
Preparation and updating of technical data sheets;
Purchase order processing.
The ideal candidate will have these qualifications:
High school diploma or university degree;
At least three years in a similar role in structured companies and knowledge of staff administration procedures;
Fluency in English: italian knowledge will be considered a plus;
Availability to start immediatly (preferable);
Good communication skills;
Ability to manage priorities.
