• You are passionate about people, providing service excellence and secure excellent co-worker’s experience; • You are able to create, share, store, manage and use information and knowledge within IKEA and between co-workers; • You are able to use IKEA standards and manuals to follow rules, comply to standards and provide direction; • You are able of creating, following and maintaining documents (such as excel) proficiently with internal and/or external stakeholders; • You are aware of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation; • You are able to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility but also a team-player; • You have preferably at least 1 year of experience within administration and in using digital tools to optimize efficiency.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

In your day-to-day you will: • Execute People & Culture administrative tasks in line with Service Level agreements including e.g. updating personnel files, people data compiling and administration, preparing contracts, scheduling, timekeeping, meetings and events; • Execute administrative and support tasks linked to Learning & Development in line with Service Level agreements including e.g. scheduling trainings, registering participants and facilitators. • Collaborate closely within the Administration team to share best practices and prevent duplications of work; • Continuously contribute to the improvement service delivery aiming for the highest and the most uniform standard.

In the role as People & Culture Administrator, you enable the country People & Culture functions to focus on their core objectives, delivering to our People Strategy and business objectives, by providing administrative support in line with the Service Level Agreements. This particular vacancy is expected to be focused mainly on the People Planning service (although as P&C Admin you can always be assigned to any of the processes comprised in the role).  We are a values-driven company and we envision to create a better everyday life for the many people.
