The main responsibilities of the Project Coordinator include but are not limited to supporting the planning and coordination of a programme and its activities; ensuring implementation of policies and practices, maintaining budget and tracking expenditures/transactions.

The goal will be to assist the facilitation and the effective management of programmes according to the PMO standards and keeping up to date on all aspects of the programme, assigns duties, and assists others so that tasks come to completion in an orderly and timely manner.

Key responsibilities:
-Working closely with the Oracle Implementation and Finance Transformation teams across each of the regions
-Support the PMO with the development and on
-going maintenance of the FT Roadmap and Value Map
-Ensure the Programme Standard Standards and Tools are embedded
-Monitor project costs and work with PMO Director and other stakeholders to ensure finances are well managed, identify opportunity for savings.
-Maintain cross programme dependencies, under the guidance of the PMO assign tasks to responsible parties
-Support the PMO with the administration of project resources, and timelines to schedule and budget
-Actively monitor the performance of the Finance Transformation agenda, to ensure it meets its targets and timelines to support the delivery of organization and strategic goals
-Supports with the preparation of the Finance Transformation SC Community Updates, Regional Transformational Updates and the Monthly FT Packages for the Executive Management Team
-Ensure that risks, issues and key dependencies are recorded, monitored and proactively managed to minimize disruption to successful project deliveries
-Support the implementation of new systems and processes to optimize more effective project management as required and within the framework of the project delivery approach

-The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a programme coordinator however this is not essential as we will offer career development by providing on the job training and mentorship to a highly organized individual who is eager to contribute to and be part of a dynamic programme team.
-Knowledge of programme management and development procedures would be beneficial
-PRINCE2 Practitioner (or equivalent), or qualified by experience in similar project management methodologies, advantageous
-Knowledge of Six Sigma and/or Lean Certification, advantageous
-Experience with Oracle ERP, highly desirable
-Experience working on Financial Transformation Projects would be beneficial
-Knowledge of Freight Forwarding industry or similar industry advantageous
-Advanced knowledge of ERP finance applications, Oracle Financials (R12) and HFM would be highly beneficial.
-Strong written and oral communication in English (other languages; German, French, Mandarin, Portuguese, a plus).
