What you’ll be doing...
Responsible for streamlining the sales processes by consistently executing on projects, tasks, and other deliverables in an efficient manner. The role is also responsible for effectively navigating processes to prevent unnecessary delays; continuously focusing on improving business processes; using data and facts to guide decision making.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Compile data and present findings to senior leadership and other managers using excel pivot tables and PowerPoint presentations
Prepare monthly performance reports on sales results, wins, losses, touches, gathered data and prepared presentations for management deep dives
Expertly use the MS Office to build and maintain templates and create documents, reports, spreadsheets and presentations
Meticulously review existing processes and re-launch their adoption; adapting and improving as necessary
Build new solutions to automate data processes and procedures
Coordinate inter-departmental meetings to extract information to build meaningful reports
Ability to apply business acumen to identify data inaccuracies
Extract and analyse data from Excel spreadsheets
Identify key operational and performance metrics to measure business performance and drive reporting activities
Develop a working knowledge of the Company's CRM system and develop the ability to create queries and run reports

Core Responsibilities:
# Headcount
Maintain accurate headcount/QBR numbers for allocated centres/regions
Update new salespeople so they are set-up and reporting correctly in SF
# Salesforce
Ensure all salespeople are set-up with Salesforce access, dashboards, lead views, plug-ins and are included in all management reports
Maintain visibility to regional KPI performance and make recommendations for improvement
Create reports and dashboards that enable local management to monitor sales performance
Provide training and enable sales to use the platform efficiently
# Lead Management
Assist Marketing with measuring lead conversion and sales activity to minimise wastage and optimise L-2-D conversion
Review sales performance and co-ordinate lead distribution to optimise sales effectiveness
Monitor pipeline and productivity (leads from open-suspect-qualified-nurtured, etc.)

Ensure all salespeople are set-up and reporting effectively
Create and maintain regional KPIs and competitions that help manage sales behaviours and drive productivity
# Call Stats
Monitor sales call quantification and quality
Report to management on call effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement (# of calls to sit, peer comparison)
# Sales Performance Tracker
Update daily KPI performance tracker and distribute to managers for morning sales meetings
# Productivity
Monitor sales teams use of available sales tools, planning/preparation, sales metrics and soft skills
Make recommendations for improvement
We also should be prepared to interact with other departments and provide adhoc support to facilitate sales performance that drives growth/revenue across the business
