To establish, to implement and regularly re-evaluate a worlwide telecom strategy;To define and to deploy of global telecom standards (incl. HW (hardware) for Smartphones, PBX, IPT;IPT (fixed / landline telephony);Instant messaging (chat);Presence (status);Conferencing system (to replace AT&T Connect);The management of the relationship with telecom service providers (with involvement of NPP) - technically as well as commercially - contract negotiation - invoice tracking;Continuous monitoring of the telecom market (technology, costs, legal changes) to identify potential for optimization and/or risks. Be able to understand the Portuguese market but also understand the international telecom market;To support sites in managing telecom services (reduce costs) / Provide L3 Support (including training and support documentation w/t best practice usage, invoice monitoring)

Degree in Communications Engineer or equivalent;
Minimum 3 years in the telecom or a related field;
Knowledge on conferencing system (e.g. MS-Lync, CISCO Jabber,…) and telepresence system (CISCO) would be advantageous;
Ability to manage projects and project teams;
Motivation and ability to work in an international environment;
Ability to work independently;
Focused on service and quality;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English language: written and oral;
Excellent understanding of the telecom market: technology & economics (local/regional/global);
Team player;
Willingness to travel - not frequently, only for some meetings or trainnings.
