Corporate Safety Steering Committee of Holcim companies in Russia was organized and continuously chaired. Safety statistics reporting system developed and launched in all Russian entities. Advisory support of incident investigation process and of corrective action plans development. Facilitating of basic safety provisions, required by the RF legislation and advisory support in terms of work place attestation, medical examination and in terms of other duties of the employer.
