Description

We are looking for a new member to our SMM team who will be in charge of our social networks in Malaysian!

What you will do:


- Communicate with customers on social networks within the tone of voice framework (without scripts and formalities);
- Receive and resolve customer questions and issues related to the product;
- Look for customer posts and activities on the Web and Social media, work with them;
- Prompt response to brand mentions;
- Work on the company's reputation in social networks;
- Be involved on our social media (could be both answer on the user's questions and look for the interesting SMM ideas);
- Other duties as needed.

- If your English is not lower than C1 level
