In order to strengthen Oracle’s position as a market leader in Cloud Applications, we are looking for an experienced Business Solutions Leader to with deep experience in ERP and Supply Chain Applications, tied to Oracle’s suite of products. Working in unison with the sales teams, you will be solving complex customer problems and translating customer needs requirements into quantifiably business benefits, articulating Oracle’s products, superiorities over competition, ie Oracle’s winning case. In this context, Business Solutions Leader role bears the responsibility to support the sales team by developing a quality pipeline, building a winning strategy and presenting the business case to customers to accelerate sales cycles. We are looking for energetic, creative candidates who could easily engage with our customers and prospects and guide them in their journey to Oracle’s Cloud ERP Solutions. Key Responsibilities • Engages in designated opportunities by applying industry insight and broad market & product knowledge to opportunities.• Works with executive and senior level at customer to understand & extend their needs, and subsequently to define the solution and high level blueprint to meet these requirements• Builds and delivers executive level presentations that promote and differentiate the value of the Oracle solutions• Takes the lead presales role in complex sales cycles and ensures effective utilization of the resources in the solution teams.• Builds the solution architecture together with relevant resources• Participates in account planning sessions for strategic accounts to identify and build transformational projects• Complete knowledge of at least one or two industries and the market, includingo Industry profile and trendso Offerings by competitorso Existing Oracle and Partner solutions and the roadmaps relevant to that industryo Portfolio of case studies of implementationsAccountabilities• Demonstrate in-depth understanding of customers' industry and core business processes, and their technical/business requirements.• Use customer specific quantifiable reference points such as insight benchmarking, customer specific data, 3rd party studies, customer reference stories and personal experiences to strengthen the value proposition.• Build a strong business network and connects with customers and industry thought leaders to build knowledge and gather valuable insights for use during the sales cycle.• Leverage others' expertise, and share information, best practices and successes to achieve results.• Seek to maximize customer facing time, and opportunity work.• Actively maintain in depth product knowledge and trends in the relevant industries• Closely track competitor's product/solution offerings to be able to articulate Oracle advantagesQualifications • +10 years of experience in related area, as pre-sales, implementation or business consultant with focus on ERP, SCM, EAM• Business Management Consulting experience in business consulting organizations is a plus.• Experience in digital transformational projects• Experience with Retail and Manufacturing industries• Ability to use tools and modern presentations techniques such as storytelling, whiteboarding, and multimedia to present Oracle solutions in a compelling, simple and memorable manner.• Strong Consultative selling skills• Excellent presentation & communication skills• Fluent in English• No barriers to Travel  Detailed Description and Job Requirements Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business.
