Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As Industry Head, you will develop the vision and manage sales strategies to unlock the potential within our largest and most sophisticated clients covering taxi, e-commerce, banking, travel, real estate and other verticals. You will lead and coach a team that use consultative skills to understand clients’ needs and deliver solutions that help them reach their goals. Your knowledge of business strategy and online media combined with your communication skills and analytical ability will help to create and deliver joint business plans and help our client's businesses grow.

In addition to leading your business area, you will also work as an active part of the sales management team to craft the strategy for Google Russia and run the day-to-day operations of the business. In this role, you will collaborate with many functions to bring the best of Google from all product areas to your clients, as well as your regional counterparts to align strategy and plans for our large global clients.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.Responsibilities
Grow Google’s domestic advertisers business and multi-industry portfolio.
Define business strategy by analyzing data, trends, client’s performance, business models and identifying opportunities.
Develop business plans, prepare and conduct strategic pitches and presentations.
Manage a team of industry managers, account managers, strategists and analytical staff.
Establish and manage C-level relationships with advertisers, their agencies and ecosystem.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in people management; leading teams and collaborating across functions.
Experience in online sales, e-commerce, digital media and/or marketing, with experience working with the Russian market.
Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience on the commercial and/or marketing side of software, Internet and/or media industries preferred, especially with a CPA-based business model.
Professional experience in a strategic, operational or field management function
Problem solving and analytical skills, combined with good business judgment and experience presenting solutions to senior-level audiences.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
