iTunes is seeking a talented, experienced and innovation-driven team player to manage the Movie business and editorial in Russia. This is an extremely exciting position in a fast growing market.

Description
•To be the face of the iTunes movie store in the Russian market.
•Managing day-to-day relationships with the major film studios and local independents.
•Devising and implementing a business strategy for New Release and Catalogue movies in Russia.
•Developing an on-store content promotional plan for local and international films.
•Building the available content library in Russia.
•Work closely and collaboratively with the Emerging Markets and International counterparts on promotional and business priorities.
•Create and implement store merchandising with movies catalogue (ex. Kids and Family, Action-Adventure, Drama, Reality)
•Conceive and implement thoughtfully arranged store across multiple device platforms.
•Coordinate with various stakeholders to determine weekly top priorities.
•Create new ways to surface relevant content to consumers efficiently
•Express editorial voice across all stores through compelling content promotions
•Use metrics to analyze success of merchandising effectiveness.
•Work with internal teams to ensure that all artwork and assets are ready each week for store programming.

Education
Ideally BA/BSc or equivalent qualification.
Fluency in English and Russian is required.

This position will be based in Moscow.

Additional Requirements
This position requires a self-directed, adaptable individual with excellent communication and organizational skills and proven experience working with major distributor, TV Industry or retailer accounts.
Must have outstanding forward-planning skills.
Possesses the flexibility to handle multiple accounts and deal with content providers at different stages of development.
Excellent presentation skills and a top-level knowledge of Keynote or Powerpoint.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data findings into executable actions and results.
Some knowledge of content management systems is a bonus.
