- General Duties:


- Active representation of BASF’s interests.
- Behave and insure behavior, comply and insure compliance with BASF Group Vision, Value, guiding Principles and Compliance Code, and in respect of Agrochemical industry “Code of Conduct”. Behave and ensure behavior according to APE Culture pyramid. Be a role model.
- Contributing to maintaining the long-term competitiveness of the BASF Group.
- Comply and ensure compliance to BASF Group EHS Policy and BC Russia and CIS EHS regulations.


- Key Operational Duties


- Participate to the technical trainings organized by BASF
- Visit the farms in order to collect data from the farm and to create demand on a field level.
- Push BASF recommendation on a farm level based on the newsletters and brochures provided by the communication team
- Inform the sales representative or territory manager or Technical crop manager when a longer visit with more details has to be provided to the farmers
- Implement the data collected on a farm level in the CRM database
- Contribute with the sales team and development team to the organization of the demo trials, the field days and the seminars
- Monitor and report on a weekly basis the activities of the competitors
- Participate to the elaboration of the newsletter by providing on a weekly basis the technical information from the field

Required qualifications:


- Higher education

- Professional level of computer literacy

Professional Experience / Technical skills:
- Presentation and communication skills
