My current job has given me invaluable experience working with the public, including elderly, vulnerable and challenging customers. My day to day duties include managing a vast number of incoming calls, customer service enquiries and investigating to resolve complaints, security and financial issues, whilst striving for excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction. I work to build sustainable relationships and trust with customers’ accounts through open and interactive communication. I have gained excellent communication skills, patience and empathy and the ability to adapt and respond to different customers, whilst identifying needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
