    My current role at Napthens, focuses on improving the client service by analysing data, adding additional value to businesses operating on a yearly retainer and handling day to day employment queries. This role has allowed me to gain an insight as to how a number of businesses deal with their HR functions and providing tailored advice to HR professionals on a number of employment law queries. As part of my role I conduct reviews of clients contracts and handbooks, ensuring that they are upto date with current legislation. Alongside this, I have experience in drafting letters to the clients employees detailing the changes that are being proposed to their contracts. Consequently, I also am in contact with HR professionals, managers and directors explaining the proposed changes and highlighting any key areas of concern.
