I'm recruiting for a world leader in CX solutions. An EU based firm, they are ambitious, dynamic, pre-IPO & require a CSM & a VP of Customer Success. The VP of CS will define & realise the CS strategy. You must have achieved a steady, progressive career & will have a track record of success in a senior CS capacity at an enterprise software / SaaS vendor. People with a strong knowledge of retail & / or FIB are of interest. All applicants will be well presented, personable and dynamic. You must have achieved a stable and progressive permanent career.
