1st Line Support - Service Desk - Office 365 - Microsoft - IT Support - Remote Desktop - Microsoft Office - Customer Service

1st line support engineer with experience on an IT service desk, ideally supporting Microsoft office products such as office 365 and windows 7/10 needed for a permanent role in Bristol.

£18k-£22k per annum

The company is one of the fastest growing businesses in the South West and due to a recent contract win and general growth across the business they need to add to the service desk. The service desk focuses on 1st 2nd and 3rd line support with a team off around 40 people so coming in at 1st line will give you the opportunity to progress and develop on the team as well as learning from allot of different people. This role is looking for experienced it support engineers as well as It engineers that maybe aren't that experienced and looking to grow within a technically established company.
