£25,000 - £27,000 + Annual Bonus (up to £4,000)
Our ambitious market leading client is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to help support the organisation at a critical time. The organisation is embarking on a significant growth plan and as part of this they need a strong 2nd line support analyst who can help support the organisations rapidly growing user base.
You will have the opportunity to support a large transformation by providing day to day support during the company's transition, in which the organisation will be implementing the most cutting-edge solutions and technology possible in order to help them meet their goals - including looking at cloud-based services such as Office 365. This will give you the chance to work on a variety of roll out projects.
This growth is causing their head count to double, which has resulted in the need for an abundance of progression opportunities. This position gives the successful candidate unrivalled exposure to a wide variety of technologies and projects including a range of rollouts, providing a great development opportunity to hit the ground running. You will be managed by a strong management structure, with a chance to move into multi-disciplined roles in the future so if you are a hardworking, highly experience 2nd Line Support Engineer with strong communication skills, then this is the role for you!
What will YOU be doing:
* Providing day to day support desktop support across a large windows estate both onsite and remotely. Getting involved in a variety of rollout projects across the organisation. Working to ensure all issues are resolved within agreed time frames and keeping end users updated. Keeping an eye out for the latest technologies that could be implemented in order to provide excellent service.
* Strong 2nd line desktop support experience. Experience providing d support for Windows 7 / 8 / 10. Experience with Active Directory and Exchange. Patching and imaging. Exposure to basic networking and virtualisation. Office 365 is desirable.
