2nd Line Support, based in Bath, 3 month FTC, £25,000 - £30,000 pro rata
Your new company
Your new company is a well renowned media company based in the Bath & South West area. They have multiple offices worldwide and are needing extra support during their busy period. They have recently migrated new tech into the business and will need you to help support all members of staff with support them.
Your new role
You will be the 2nd line support engineer for all tech related issues of which the 1st line team are unable to solve. You will be working within a fast paced environment and dealing with a approximately 1200 devices such as laptops and mobile phones across 3 continents as you will have to deal occasionally with their international offices.
You will also be responsible for Windows 10 image configuration, PC Patching Schedule and management via Kace, Updating Applications, Updating the build, managing the PC Patching Schedule and fixing unexpected issues. You will also need to ensure all of the above is tested sufficiently before deployment to the business as per the patching and build policy.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this role you will need to have previous experience working within a similar role as well as having experience working with both iOS & Windows operation systems. You will also need to be comfortable & proficient with all mobile devices, asset management procedures and an understanding of active directories.
What you'll get in return
What you will get for all your hard work is a very competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 for an initial 3 months and will get to work in the most modern offices in the Bath area.
