Description

Working within the Customer Contact Centre Team providing customer support

* Opening new accounts

* Placing telephone orders

* Handling enquiries from customers who have purchased products through the online ordering system

* Dealing with and progressing all correspondence from conventional product consumers

* Relating to all enquiries and product faults concerning UK and export products

* To provide excellent customer service to ensure brand loyalty and continuous feedback communication to the manufacturing factories, Research Development department, and internal departments to ensure that products remain of the highest quality.

Work Experience:

Possess a minimum of 2 years administrative experience within a fast paced service environment. Customer service experience advantageous.

Language Communication Skills:

Good working knowledge of Word, Excel Outlook. SAP and OMS experience would be advantageous.

Functional Skills:

Customer Service, Communication, Be methodical and organised with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service, Team player who is supportive, flexible, adapts to change and can handle a varied workload
