St John’s College, one of the largest Colleges within the University of Cambridge, is seeking to appoint an Academic Administrator to provide a comprehensive and high-quality administrative service to Directors of Studies, Tutors and the wider teaching community in a range of subjects. This is an exciting opportunity for outstanding individuals to join a team of four Administrators as part of the Director of Education & Senior Tutor’s Department.

The role is to cover a period of maternity leave and will be for a fixed term of up to 12.5 months

Working closely with the Tutors, Directors of Studies and other teaching staff within the appointed subject areas, you will manage a wide range of administrative activities and will be responsible for the continual improvement of processes and systems to facilitate the delivery of an excellent, proactive and efficient service. You will also provide policy advice and support for the Director of Education & Senior Tutor, for relevant committees and other key meetings within your areas.
