Job Title: Account Manager
Full time / Permanent
My client takes pride in being able to take interesting and challenging ideas and turning them into fully finished products.
Now looking for an Account Manager to join them on a full-time basis you will need strong commercial acumen, being able to build relationships and excel in negotiation.
Develop relationships with existing customers and actively seek new opportunities
Management of relationships with assigned customers.
Provide accurate sales forecast to the business.
Delivery of forecasted sales budget and margin.
Margin improvement through pricing initiatives & cost engineering
·Delivery of agreed sales/margin with assigned customers
·Delivery of agreed margin improvement
·Demonstrate incremental growth through customer, category and market insight
·Sales forecast accuracy
·Ensure sales forecast is met
- Track weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually
·Manage a portfolio of customers
·Commercialise new opportunities and cost engineer existing business to drive sales and margin
Skills & Experience
·Support Business Development Director on new business initiatives
·Good business sense and strong commercial acumen
·Highly organised and experience of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- demonstrable negotiation skills, not afraid to challenge
·Able to build relationships quickly
·Able to communicate at all levels
