Account Manager


- You will be managing and selling Audiology/hearing devices into retailers and independents.
- Portfolio worth £4.3 million.
- Mainly hearing aids but also selling other products such as audiometers, battery packs, etc
- Mostly retail as the NHS is looked after, mainly by the audiologists.
- This is mainly an account management role but you will need to be a sales person and relationship builder.
- The patch has been well looked after by someone that has been there for 16 years and is retiring, so the area is very well farmed and has some great relationships on it.
- Want to maintain the business and feel that the growth will come naturally if the accounts are looked after properly. - They are hoping that there will be a handover period.
- Covering London, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent & Essex. The Ideal Person:

Account Manager


- Ideally you will be from an audiology sales background with a strong knowledge of the audiology market.
- Failing that they will also look at candidates that come from a technical sales background.
- Someone that is able to grasp the features and benefits of how the aids works and the clinical advantage of using or advising on a different products.
- Successful candidates have come from the dental and optics background before.
- They need someone that is able to respond to the customer quickly and acknowledge what needs to be done in a timely manager.
- People that come from outside of the audiology market need to be aware that there will be a steep learning curve and will need to get up to speed quickly
- Demonstrable skills in Interpersonal Communication, Negotiation, Business Acumen, Self Management and Sales Strategy - Driven, Enthusiastic, consultative, Consultant: Isabella Mills
