Are you…
• Experienced in developing/building client relationships by telephone and by face to face meetings
• Having a strong background in people management you will provide leadership of the business development/sales function ensuring a strong team culture
• A strong business development performer with a strong track record
• You will be responsible for growing the organisations revenues across various product portfolios
• Have the skills to nurture top accounts and develop an integrated sales process across the team
• Demonstrate an inspiring leadership style to development the sales team
• Offering strategic direction of the business development function to hit and exceed sales targets and KPI’s
• Have experience within B-to-B media sales or commercial event sales sector
• Lead by example to seek and exceed personal and team sales targets
• Participate as a key member of the management team
• Operational development of the sales function
