Robert Half Accounting and Finance are excited to share that we are helping a company, who are currently experiencing strong year on year growth, to find an Accounts Assistant to join their team. This role is on a 3 month contract, with the ability of going permanent for the right candidate. This opportunity is based in Walsall.


The successful Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:

- Processing invoices
- Bank Reconciliations
- Revise credit notes
- Debt notes
- Producing the delivery notes and matching to invoices
- Matching incoming payments


The successful Accounts Assistant will be:

- Proactive and willing to get stuck in
- Experienced in processing invoices
- Knowledgeable of the accounting functions
- A very fine eye for detail
- Ownership of work
- Able to work towards tight deadlines
- Good at managing their workload
- Can hit the ground running

Salary & Benefits

- Up to £25,000
- Possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate
- Possibility of study support

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
