Your New Job
As Accounts Payable Clerk you will be part of an excellent and talented team who pride themselves in working accurately to tight deadlines. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will have full ownership and responsibility for your client accounts. You will manage the full accounts payable process from end to end, including matching, batching and coding of invoices, supplier statement reconciliation, preparing payment runs, processing payments, setting up new accounts, query management and building excellent customer relationships.
You will be a highly process driven individual as this role requires working to tight deadlines and ensuring all work completed is of a exceptionally accurate standard and in line with company processes.
Your Experience & Our Requirements
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate previous employment history within accounts payable that is recent and relevant. You will be a highly accurate individual with the ability to manage the accounts payable process from end to end including statement reconciliation and payment runs. Approachable and professional, you will have strong communication skills both verbally and written and be able to build relationships with clients and internal colleagues.
You will have the ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace in order to meet tight deadlines. When dealing with customer queries you must be able to delve into the detail of the issue, resolving it in a friendly and timely manner.
