An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client (a leading, global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Lipton, Persil & Vaseline!) are currently looking for a Commercial Executive based at their prestigious facility in Leatherhead. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 6 Months, working a 36.25-hour week, paying between £32,400 - £35,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

As a Commercial Executive your primary aim is provide and maintain information to fulfil the customer plan. You will be supporting the Customer Account Managers on a day-to-day basis and meeting your customer's requirements. Your key contacts will be your immediate team, your customer, Supply Chain and Finance.
Promotional Support - updating the plan, translating the plan into numbers, monitoring the plan versus actuals.
Creating and tracking Provisions and Accruals.
Joint Business Planning Tracking.
Price file maintenance and query resolution.
Invoices to be paid on time.
Monitoring team delivery and taking corrective action when required.
Provision of up to date, accurate information.
Implementation and execution of administration completed on time, in full.
High level of educational and/or professional qualifications preferred, and a proven track record in a customer environment delivering the work required by the job profile.
Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to produce and use VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables (an assessment will be held during interview stage using Excel).
Must possess good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage workload, delivering to a deadline with accuracy.
Strong communication and analytical skills are required along with an ability to build and maintain good, immediate and cross-functional working relationships
