Description

We are currently looking for an energetic junior Admin assistant to work with the London Management team on a part-time basis (2 - 3 days a week).

Responsibilities:

-Diary and email management / support

-Administration and ad hoc support tasks

-Supporting contractor payroll where necessary

-Telephone management

-Travel management

-Events management

-Recruitment support

Required skills:

-pro-active personality

-excellent communication skills

-excellent attention to detail

-previous experience as a Admin assistant or office assistant etc advantageous but not pre-requisite

-good level of knowledge MS office

-Excellent written communication skills
