Description

Working as part of our Legal Support Services team, you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support to our London officce, enabling them to deliver an exceptional service to our clients.


Working with efficiency and accuracy, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining all files, printing/copying/scanning of documents and ensuring that documents are filed correctly. You will have a warm and professional telephone manner, as you will be responsible for proactively dealing with client and third party calls, answering queries where able.


Further responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing mail, assisting with the production of court bundles and assisting with arranging meetings and making travel arrangements.


Previous office based administration experience would be highly advantageous.
