Wren Academy has need of a new colleague to join the administrative team to provide assistance in the smooth running of the Academy’s trips and general administration.
The successful candidate will be a key part of the team which consists of the Office Manager, Senior Administrator, and around half a dozen other colleagues. The role is designed to improve and develop the work of the Academy.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a keen desire to learn and the ability to be part of a team. Training will be given where appropriate but experience of working in a fast-paced administrative environment will be desirable.
The role is varied, interesting, and will develop as the academy grows. The Academy is an ‘all-through’ school. We currently have Year 7 to 13 students on roll in the Secondary phase. Our Primary phase has students in Reception through to Year 3 and will continue to grow a year at a time.
The ability to work professionally and to deal with confidential and sensitive information is required. Relevant experience, together with the ability to interact appropriately across a number of levels, is also important. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to use their own initiative and to have a common sense approach.
