Base location: Station Court, Colwyn Bay

37.5 hrs per week

£16,095 per annum

CAIS aims to empower positive changes in the lives of people affected by addiction, adverse mental health, unemployment, offending and other life challenges, through a range of services and support delivered by skilled and experienced staff and volunteers.

We are looking for a motivated and engaging administrator to join our volunteering team to assist with a variety of administrative duties and to help ensure that our volunteers feel valued and appreciated.

Within this role you will assist the Volunteer Coordinator in the effective administration of the CAIS volunteering programme and other projects. You will carry out general office duties to support the Volunteer Coordinator and Manager and will promote CAIS services both internally and externally. This role will also encompass a few smaller projects which you will be responsible for administering.

You will have previous experience within an administrative role and will have strong data inputting skills and be competent using Microsoft Office packages.

A full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential. Welsh language is desirable although not essential.
