This is an excellent opportunity to play a key support role at the centre of our organisation which works to continually improve healthcare in Scotland. You will be part of a team providing high quality administrative support for the Executive and Governance functions of Healthcare Improvement Scotland, engaging with stakeholders at all levels including Directors, board members and externally across NHSScotland, Scottish Government and the public and third sectors.

As an experienced administrator you will have a flexible and proactive approach, the ability to prioritise and demonstrate attention to detail. In particular you will work closely with the Business Manager to support the planning and delivery of our Executive Team meetings as well as undertaking a variety of tasks within the Corporate Governance Team including arranging meetings and travel.

You should be educated to HNC level or have demonstrable equivalent experience at a similar level. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills are essential, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. The successful candidate will be a valued member of an improvement organisation with a range of learning and development opportunities.
