Description

Brightwork Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Administrator to join our growing client at their premises in Hamilton

Acting as the main point of contact to all visitors and callers to the organisation, you will be responsible for providing the Senior Management Team with key administrative support including the booking of travel and diary management

Duties will include:

- Implementing and developing filing procedures and systems - Acting as the main point of contact for all visitors and callers to the organisation - Processing all incoming and outgoing mail - Preparing all outgoing correspondence including letters, mail and reports - Managing the Purchase Order System - Processing client and supplier invoices - Organising meetings within the organisation and with other group companies - Supporting the team with general administration duties and booking of travel/accommodation

The successful candidate will:

- Have experience working with an Administrative focused role and be comfortable working in a Reception based role - Be proficient working with all MS Office packages - Ideally have experience processing invoices/creating Purchase Order numbers - Have excellent communication skills both written and verbally
