Administration, Customer Service,

Your new company My client are a market leader in their field, known for their customer service and reputation. They are looking to appoint two experienced Administrator to join them on a temporary basis until the end of the year.

Your new role Your role will involve; Query resolution, dealing with complex queries within current process and policies. Assist with the hold report by delegating root causes out to the business ensuring that these are actioned through to resolution. Liaise with site managers and teams to resolve invoice queries efficiently. Receipt goods by entering GRN's against PO's. Notify procurement on all invoices/deliveries received without a PO. Identify common and reoccurring issues and escalate to management.

What you'll need to succeed Knowledge of the plant or construction industry would be an advantage. Experience of working within a large and complex environment. Experience in investigating invoice queries. Accurate and confident written and verbal skills. Excellent organisational skills. Good knowledge of IT, experience in Oracle an advantage. Good attention to detail, with a focussed approach.
