Based in Livingston

Reed Business Support are currently working with a global organisation based in Livingston who are looking for Administrators to start next week. This role will be a temporary contract for around 3 months and includes a variety of administrative duties.

Duties involved in this role include:

- Filing paper documentation
- Entering data onto company databases
- Maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Photocopying and scanning
- Various ad hoc admin duties

To be considered for this role candidates must have the following:

- Previous experience in an admin role - this is essential
- Strong attention to detail
