Description

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Permanent, Full-Time Office Administrator to be based in North Nottingham.

The Administrator will be joining a small, friendly team of 2 other office support staff and will be responsible for providing general administrative support to two egineers.

Typical responsibilities will include:

Answering any incoming calls to the office
Organising and scheduling appointments
Collating and distributing any business correspondence i.e, letters, emails etc
Supporting in the preparation of reports
Maintaining a filing system
Ensuring to keep on top of office supplies and ordering new supplies when necessary
Arranging travel, accommodation, meetings etc
Submitting expenses
Preparing and distributing post
Organising PPE/workwear
Supporting management with any ad-hoc requests

The successful candidate for this role will have previous administration experience, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes including Word, Excel and Outlook, excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and organise their own workload.
