Description

Redex Recruitment are currently working with a family run business situated in Dunmow, Essex. Due to continued expansion plans they are now looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Previous experience within the insurance sector would be advantageous although not essential.

Working hours 9:00am- 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)

This role will be assisting the commercial team with all administration tasks. Duties include:


- Thoroughly checking documents
- Creating files
- Database administration
- Account queries
- MTA's (such of change of name, change of address, cancellations)
- Generate quote documents
- Comply and monitor service levels in accordance with the Claims Service Agreement
- Develop relationships with brokers / Insurers
- Handle all new claims notifications and set up claim's files
- Review all existing commercial claims and chase for responses/updates where necessary
- Set up a diary system to chase responses from brokers/Insurers - be proactive in managing claims
- Liaise with underwriters on their intention of the cover provided
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
