Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new exciting role?

I am currently working with a leading provider of Investment Management Services who require 2 experienced Administrators to join their Investment Team in Glasgow reporting to the Investment Manager.
You will be working in fantastic modern offices in the City Centre located close to great transport links.


Within this role you will be working closely with the Investment Manager on all aspects of client co-ordination tasks such as analysing client background questionnaires and highlighting any issues, writing up investment reports, managing client questionnaires from start to finish, producing internal reports for each client for the Investment Manager to approve and chasing outstanding client queries for completed forms and any other required administration tasks.


This is a fantastic opportunity within a large organisation and the successful candidate must be flexible and be able to demonstrate initiative in decision making, be articulate, confident and a great team player.
Have the ability to adapt to changes, work under pressure and have great accuracy and attention to detail and must have good working knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.


This role would suit someone who has a background in Financial Services or Wealth Management.
