Our client, a leading food manufacturing specialist company in Poole, are looking for an experienced administrator to join their family run business on a permanent basis.
Working within a friendly environment, you should understand receiving incoming sales orders and placing purchase orders, answering the phones, processing stock updates and despatch notes and responding to emails.
You will be responsible for all administration tasks, taking the order from receipt to invoice and payment.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in an office environment and have strong IT skills.
You will have strong customer service skills and feel confident in resolving issues which may arise.
*Record incoming sales orders and update relevant systems
*Placing Purchase Orders
*Maintain stock levels
*Provide support within the office and to management
*Previous experience within administration
*Excellent IT skills, including Excel, bespoke inhouse system
*Strong customer service and an excellent phone manner
*High attention to detail and the ability to work under initiative
*Driving licence would be beneficial
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week.
There is some Saturday work on a adhoc basis working 10am
Salary of £17,000 per annum.
