Our client is seeking two experience Administrator’s to join their teams on a permanent basis.

This role will involve:

Contributing to the overall operation, development and promotion of the business.
Handling incoming calls and managing reception.
Responding to email enquiries.
Arranging business meetings and completing the admin surrounding the meetings.
Providing secretarial services to the Chief Executive and various teams within the business.
Stock control.
Assisting with the set up and maintenance of customer documentation for new customers, existing customers and account upgrades.
Procurement and Purchase Orders for Stationary etc.
Postage and Franking.
The successful candidate must:

Have strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
Have excellent customer service skills, with exceptional communication skills at all levels.
Be highly organised and work well to tight deadlines.
Have a flexible approach to work
Be a strong team player.
