Administrator (Service Coordinator)

Competitive Salary + Pension + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

9am to 5pm (37.5 Hours a week, ½ an hour for lunch)

Administrator position available in a successful and well established company. This is a great chance to join a friendly team in a busy role supporting the engineering department.

To apply for the role, candidates need to be IT literate, demonstrate excellent written & verbal communication skills along with being highly organised. Specific training on the company’s processes and equipment will be given.

You’ll be the link between the client and the engineers and be responsible for scheduling engineers to ensure all service calls are carried out effectively. You’ll ensure all reports are received and customer are kept informed about their works. You will be the primary contact for the customer.

The role in brief:

*Planning/scheduling engineers visits to clients across the UK via phone and email

*Respond to calls and arrange service visits as quickly as possible

*Ensure all paperwork is carried out

*Respond to any queries

*9am to 5pm (37.5 Hours a week, ½ an hour for lunch)


The person required:

*Excellent written and verbal communications skills

*Organised and able to multi task

*IT literate

*Experience in a busy administration/coordinator/service focussed role
